Fitness, nutrition and healthy living are my passions! I teach a wide variety of classes including strength training, cardio, Pilates and kickboxing. Certified as a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer since 2012, I am dedicated to inspire, lead and motivate others to experience the amazing benefits of exercise and good nutrition. My goal as an instructor is to provide a healthy balance of workouts to build strength, endurance, agility, balance, flexibility and stress relief. My routines are designed for all levels to participate in a safe, effective and fun workout!
I’ve been certified since 2016 in Zumba Basics, Step and Aqua.
I have been a Certified Instructor for the past 12-years.Teaching Spin, Group Fitness classes, Zumba, Pound, Cardio Drumming, Step and all types of cardio training. Fitness has been a part of my daily life for over 30 years. I like keeping my classes upbeat, fun and high energy for all levels. Come join in and leave your stress behind!
Amy Debye-Saxinger has been part of the fitness industry for more than 20 years. With certifications in personal training, small group training, step, group fitness, spinning, Pilates reformer and Pilates mat, TRX, and strength and conditioning, she can combine many disciplines in her classes. In addition to coaching private clients and leading group fitness classes, Amy has run 14 marathons and is pursuing her Six-Star medal. She lives in Shamong and has two children.
I have been teaching traditional yoga at various levels of difficulty for the last 20 years. The class is designed to benefit each and every system, cells and organs, with the goal of balancing all energy centers (chakras) and connecting mind and body. Through yoga poses (asanas), the body is stretched, lengthened, twisted, and relaxed. The sessions end with corpse pose (savasana) to calm and relax the mind as well as the body – just perfect for leaving the class rejuvenated.
I’ve held my certification as a Group Fitness Instructor since 2018. Presently, I lead a dynamic cycling and weight combo class, though my experience spans various spin, cardio, and strength sessions. Music infuses energy into all my workouts. I advocate for a balanced fitness regimen that encompasses activities you love and prioritize within a healthy lifestyle.
Kathy Neuhauser; an avid country line dancer for over 20 years. Life long resident of NJ started line dancing at Colorado Cafe in Watchung, NJ. Continuing the love of dancing at Prospectors in Mt. Laurel as well as other local venues.
I am a personal trainer and have been teaching group fitness for over 20 years. I teach cycling, weight training, kickboxing and various cardio formats. I am passionate about good food and keeping fit. I love music. it motivates me and keeps me moving. When not teaching, my happy place is In the sun, outside!
For more than 35 years, Trisanne has been teaching group fitness classes and training clients one on one as well as in small groups. She teaches a variety of classes including weightlifting, Spin, kickboxing, Boot Camp, and pilates. Trisanne incorporates functional training by using TRX and kettle bells for all levels. She has trained collegiate athletes, as well as senior citizens and everyone in between.
Lori has been practicing yoga since 2015. She became a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with Yoga Alliance in December, 2022. Lori has been teaching yoga since January, 2023 and is currently attending a 300-hour advanced yoga teacher training which she will complete in August, 2024. She has also completed a 30-hour yin yoga training and a 20-hour YBarre training.
