Aqua Cardio

High-energy cardio & strength training intervals.

Aqua Fitness

If you want to have fun, fitness & exercise, this is the class you want! The water is high in resistance and very low in impact. Best of all, you will make your doctor happy.

Body Sculpt

Body Sculpt focuses on total body strength and power. Using dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls, resistance bands and more, you’ll increase lean muscle mass, protect bone health, and boost energy and mood. Muscle burns fat = calorie burn and higher metabolism!

Cardio & Chisel

A total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with light and medium weights, along with cardio bursts designed to tone your body & improve your endurance. All levels welcome.

Cardio Kick & Weights

Cardio intervals including kickboxing and weights

Cardio Sculpt

Cardio drills combined with light and medium dumbbells for sculpting.

Chair-Assist Yoga

Sore knees? Stiff hips, shoulders or wrists? This class is for you! Through sitting and standing postures, using the chair as a prop, joints and muscles will be moved and challenged. You will move through clinically proven poses to help with bone health and mobility without getting onto the floor.

Cycle Up

High-energy spin class combining upper body moves.

Cycle/Weights (30/30)

30 minutes of cycle on the bike, and then strength training on the floor using a variety of weights.

Endure & Core (30/30)

Endure a full body workout utilizing cardio, some boxing, and core conditioning. The first 30 min will improve agility, speed, balance and strength, boost your heart rate and fat burning metabolic rate. The second half fires up all your core muscles with mat work using bodyweight or other fitness equipment such as dumbbells, balls, resistance bands or sliders.

Friday Night Dance Party

Lace up those “Boogie Shoes” and wear your neon as we “Boogie Oogie Oogie” under the disco lights to your favorite 70s hits. Be prepared to “Hustle” and “Shake Your Groove Thing” for 50 minutes of dancing and grooving. All fitness levels are welcome.

Functional Fitness (for Active Agers)

This class is geared towards the Active Ager or anyone who wants to increase strength, balance, and range of motion for better functional fitness. Exercises are worked in intervals to provide cardiovascular benefits. No on-the-floor work is done, so beginner to advanced exercisers can benefit. Adaptations for different limitations are provided.

Get Fit Light 30/30

A total body workout! This class incorporates cardio, weights, bands, balls, cardio drumming and occasional step, along with some mat work at times.

Interval Training

This class will get your heart pumping and set your muscles on fire. Short cardio intervals mixed with weight training will burn more fat and increase your metabolism. Heavier weights are encouraged for greater results, but all levels welcomed, as modifications are shown.

Kickboxing

Non-stop cardio kickboxing to work the entire body, including some high intensity intervals and mixed martial arts choreography with equipment is necessary.

Line Dancing

Line Dancing is a sequence of choreographed step repeated to match a song. In this class you will learn dances that are known and enjoyed in the local area. We will start with simple beginner dances and as the class progresses the dances will progress. Country line dancing offers many health benefits. Dancing is a fun way to exercise, as it involves cardiovascular and muscle-strengthening movements, brain stimulation, and memory improvement. Not only that, but it’s also fun, everyone can do it, you don’t need a partner, a great way to get and stay active and make new friends.

Mobility (30 min)

Work on range of motion for all the primary and secondary joints of the body to strengthen and lengthen for whatever activities you pursue! Great for weekend warriors.

Pilates Plus

This low-impact Pilates class works all the muscles in your core and more! It is designed for all levels to improve balance, coordination, circulation, strength and flexibility. 15 minutes of restorative stretching at the end will improve body awareness and stress management.

Power Hour

Power Hour is a total body strength training class using a barbell and dumbbells. Because of the high number of repetitions to the beat of the music, this workout exhausts your muscles and will help you burn calories, shape your body and improve bone health.

Push it to the Max

Supersets combining heavier weights and cardio intervals.

Tabata Cardio & Weights: (45 min)

Looking for a quick and effective workout? This class mixes cardio and weights in 20 second intervals with active recovery. Guaranteed to get your heart pumping and muscles fired up!

Tabata Strength

Weighted intervals Tabata format: 20 seconds of work with 10 second active recovery for 8 rounds per set.

Tai Chi

With this “traditional Chinese art in physical culture”, movements are all smoothly linked together, mobilizing every joint, which tends to defer ageing. Tai Chi has been widely reported to be not only health-preserving but, beneficial to patients with high blood pressure, stomach or intestinal ulcers, heart troubles, tuberculosis and other ailments.

Total Body Tabata

Cardio and strength training intervals using heavy and light weights in Tabata format: 20 seconds of work with a 10 seconds active recovery for 8 rounds per set.

Vinyasa Flow

A faster-paced, all levels flow class that connects breath to movement. Meditation and breath practices will also be incorporated into the class. Modifications will be provided by the instructor.

Warrior Rhythm

Fitness-focused with yoga undertones, WARRIOR Rhythm is yoga, weights, cardio and mindfulness rolled into one insanely rhythmic experience! It’s fresh, fun and yoga-ish.

You will grow longer and stronger through Wen’s combination of yoga flow and Pilates fundamentals with the added benefits of athletic training for strength, balance, mobility, and flexibility. You will improve your mind, your body, and your life. An ideal class for everyone at any level of experience, and modifications are available to suit all.

Zumba

A dance fitness class with easy-to-follow Latin inspired dance moves. Zumba is a great balance of cardio, strength training and stress reduction, and a fun way to burn calories! No equipment is needed, just a love of music and dance.
